If you like watching/listening to movies in English, check out the Yahoo and Apple sites. They have hundreds of movie trailers (previews) which you can enjoy. And, if you have Apple QuickTime Pro software, you can download movie trailers and save them onto your computer.

Is your computer safe from viruses and spyware? Make sure you have a good antivirus and firewall program installed, and scan your computer regularly. Companies like Trend Micro and Bitdefender make great products and they offer free online scans, too.

You should also have several antispyware programs, as well. Spyware is everywhere these days, making it necessary to protect your private information. There are many antispyware products for Windows. I recommend Ad-aware, Spybot - Search & Destroy, and Spyware Terminator, all of which are free.
